Limited-Scope Representation or Unbundled Legal Services in LA County

Sometimes we just need a little help to see us through.

There are certain legal matters that do not require an attorney to fully represent all aspects of a case. Attorneys are able to assist with matters in an unbundled fashion. Typically, when attorneys are engaged to represent clients, we will fill out forms, file paperwork, conduct legal research, contact collateral entities or individuals on your behalf, write letters, appear in court, etc… You may have a legal issue that requires only some of these aspects of legal services while you handle the rest. Utilizing my services in this way, can be cost effective.

Individuals that have certain family law matters, like child custody, child support, legal separation, and divorce often seek out limited-scope/unbundled services because they are able to handle other aspects of their situation.

We can discuss whether or not your matter is right for limited-scope representation/unbundled services. When thinking about whether this service is right for you, we will address how much time you have to devote to the matter, your ability to conduct legal research, and how technical your case could be?
